Why this note exists.
Not every useful build is a full product. Some of the highest leverage work is a small tool that removes repeated manual steps from discovery, QA, handoff, or reporting.
Observations
- Small utilities make delivery artifacts easier to produce consistently.
- A tool can expose missing data or unclear ownership earlier.
- Internal tools often become reusable delivery patterns.
What we learned
